I can't decide if it's been a short three weeks or a long three weeks. Suffice it to say that it's now three weeks since my last post about looking for a real estate agent and our house is now officially on the market!

Wendy Via with Keller Williams in Austin was the real estate agent who got the listing. She has so much energy and patience dealing with our questions and guiding us through the final steps of getting the house ready to sell. I was little frustrated when one of her first comments was about decluttering.... didn't she know that we'd spent months decluttering? But she was right. We've been a whirlwind, clearing out the back of the closets and consolidating boxes.

The official listing date was Thursday, so I lurked on all the real estate sites waiting so see it propogate around the world. Here's a sampling of where we're listed:
